Dr. Paula Guinnip
Dr. Paula Guinnip was raised in Auburn, New York and received her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. She completed her general and cardiothoracic surgery residencies in the State University of New York in Buffalo.
She is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and American Board of Thoracic Surgery. She is a member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons, Association of Women Thoracic Surgeons, and is a fellow of both the American College of Surgeons and the American College of Chest Physicians.
Dr. Guinnip is a trained concert pianist. She currently resides in Marion, IL with her husband and three children.
Dr. Guinnipis on the
medical staff at St. Elizabeth's and Memorial Hospitals in Belleville,
and Heartland Regional Center in Marion, Illinois as well as Jefferson
Memorial Hospital in Festus, Missouri.
